Delete your Radiant Inventory account
Last updated: 9 October 2026
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Enter your password, then the 6-digit code we email to your account’s address.
No longer have the app? Email support@radiantinventory.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm by email and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
This page is for the Radiant Inventory app for Android, made by Radiant Inventory.
What gets deleted
- Your account: email address, password and sign-in sessions.
- Everything synced to Radiant Cloud: your inventory records, sales history and card photos.
- Your Showroom pages and card pages. Their links and QR codes stop working.
- Your vendor name, contact card and logo.
- The app-lock list for your account.
What stays
- Everything on your own phone or tablet. Radiant keeps your records on your device, so deleting the account doesn’t remove them there. The app keeps working offline. To remove those too, uninstall the app or clear its storage.
- Backups you made to your own storage (a folder, Google Drive, Nextcloud or WebDAV). Those are yours, and you delete them where they are.
How long anything is kept
Deleting from the app removes your data straight away. Our database provider keeps an automatic restore history for a short period for disaster recovery; deleted data is gone from it within 30 days. Short-lived security records, such as counts of sign-in attempts, expire within an hour. We keep nothing else.
Deleting some data without deleting the account
In the app you can take a Showroom offline from its show page, which empties its listing, and delete your logo in Settings. To have anything else removed while keeping your account, email support@radiantinventory.com and tell us what.
More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
