Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 September 2026
The short version. Your inventory lives on your device. We only receive it if you turn on syncing, cloud backup, or a public Showroom. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising, and this website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
This policy explains what [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“Radiant”, “we”) collects when you use the Radiant Inventory app, the Showroom pages we host, and this website. Where data protection law gives you rights over your personal data, we are the controller for the data described here.
1. What stays on your device
By default, everything: your stock, your costs, your sale prices, your sales history, your photos, your notes and your settings are written to storage on your own phone or tablet and are not sent anywhere. You can use the app fully in this state, offline and signed out.
2. What we receive, and only when you switch it on
- Account details. Your email address and a hashed password. We never store your password in a readable form. Used to sign you in, to recover your account, and to contact you about the Service.
- Synced records (if you enable sync). The record of changes to your inventory — items, prices, sales, shows — so your other devices can catch up. Stored under your account and readable only by your account.
- Photos (if you enable photo sync). Card photographs you took, so they follow you to your other devices.
- Cloud backups (if you choose them). If you back up to your own Google Drive, Dropbox, Nextcloud or WebDAV server, the backup goes to your storage under your own credentials. We do not receive a copy.
- Published Showroom data (if you publish). The items you chose to publish, your display name and any logo or contact details you added. This is deliberately public.
- Basic operational logs. Our servers record request metadata such as IP address, timestamp and error information, in order to run the service and investigate abuse or faults.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal data, ever.
- We do not run advertising, ad networks or third-party trackers.
- This website has no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts. The only external request it makes is for its typefaces from Google Fonts.
- We do not read your inventory for our own purposes, and we do not use your business data to train models.
4. Your customers
A Showroom page is a public listing. It requires no account and asks a visitor for nothing. When a visitor saves an item they like, that list is stored in their own browser on their own phone and is not sent to us or to you. We do not build profiles of the people who scan your codes.
5. Where data is stored and who processes it
Our hosted services run on Cloudflare’s platform (Workers, D1 and R2), which may store and process data in facilities outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. When paid plans open, a third-party payment provider will process payments and will receive your billing details directly — we do not receive or store full card numbers.
Price and catalog information is obtained from third-party trading card data sources. Those requests are made by our servers, not by your device, and do not carry your identity.
6. Legal bases
- Contract — to provide the account, sync, backup and Showroom features you asked for.
- Legitimate interests — to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix faults.
- Consent — for optional messages, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Legal obligation — where we must keep records, for example for tax.
7. How long we keep things
- Account data — while your account is open, then deleted within 30 days of closure.
- Synced records and photos — until you delete them or close your account.
- Public card pages — when a card is sold or removed, its public page is withdrawn. Where a page is retained instead of removed immediately, it is deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Operational logs — a short rolling window, kept only as long as needed to run and secure the service.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to receive a copy in a portable format. The app already gives you export tools you can use at any time without asking us.
To make a request, email privacy@radiantinventory.com. We will respond within the period the applicable law requires, and within 30 days in any case. If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
9. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Accounts are scoped so that one account cannot read another’s records, and passwords are stored hashed. The app offers an optional PIN lock for shared devices. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your own backups and use a password you do not reuse elsewhere.
10. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and we will tell account holders by email before a material change takes effect.
