Refunds & Cancellation
Last updated: 3 September 2026
Nothing is on sale today. Radiant Inventory is in private beta and no plan can currently be purchased. This policy sets out the terms that will apply from the day paid plans open.
What you would be buying
Radiant Inventory is digital software. There is nothing to ship and nothing to return. Two paid options are planned:
- Subscription — a recurring plan, billed in advance, adding managed sync between your devices, staff accounts, photo sync and custom branding.
- Self-host licence — a one-time purchase that lets you run the backend on your own infrastructure with all branding unlocked.
The free plan is free, requires no payment details, and is not affected by anything on this page.
Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel at any time, from your account settings or by emailing us. No notice period, no cancellation fee, no phone call.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- We do not automatically refund the unused part of a period that has already started, except where the law where you live requires it, or where section “When we refund anyway” below applies.
- After a subscription ends you keep your app, your device data and your exports. What stops is managed sync, staff accounts and custom branding.
Refunds
First payment
If a new subscription is not right for you, tell us within [14] days of the first charge and we will refund it in full.
Self-host licence
A one-time self-host licence is refundable within [14] days of purchase. Because the licence is delivered immediately and cannot be taken back once the software is running on your own hardware, a refund request should be made before you put the deployment into production use.
Renewals
Renewal charges are not routinely refunded, because you are told the renewal date in advance and can cancel at any time before it. If a renewal caught you out and you have not used the paid features since, contact us — we would rather sort it out than argue about it.
When we refund anyway
We will refund without quibbling if:
- we charged you in error, or charged you twice;
- a paid feature you were charged for was substantially unavailable for a sustained period and we could not fix it;
- we withdraw a paid feature you had already paid for, in which case we refund the unused remainder of the period.
Statutory rights
If you are a consumer, this policy sits on top of your statutory rights and does not replace them. Consumers in the UK and EEA have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract for digital services; where you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that this ends the cancellation right once the service has been fully supplied, that right may be limited accordingly.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong with a payment, please email us first. Almost everything is quicker to fix directly than through a card dispute, and we would rather refund you than have you fight your bank about it.
How to ask
Email billing@radiantinventory.com with the email address on the account and, if you have it, the receipt. We aim to reply within [2 business days]. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
